Das Sturmtief „Zoltan“ hat sich laut dem DWD mittlerweie Richtung Baltikum verabschiedet. Nichtsdestotrotz bleibt es in Bayern auch über die Feiertage stürmisch. Bereits in den letzten Tagen waren die Auswirkungen des Sturmtiefs in Bayern deutlich zu spüren. Ganze 170 Einsätze hatte die Feuerwehr München beispielsweise am Samstag zu vermelden, am Donnerstag waren es 116. In den meisten Fällen handelte es sich um umgestürzte Bäume, abgebrochene Äste oder Dachziegel, die die Einsatzkräfte beseitigen und sichern mussten. Die Aufräumarbeiten sind mittlerweile größtenteils erledigt.
Glück im Unglück hatte am Samstagnachmittag ein Vater mit seinem Sohn. Über den beiden ist ein Baugerüst eingestürzt, welches den starken Böen nicht standhielt. Der Vorfall ereignete sich in der Grünwalderstraße im Münchner Stadtteil Giesing. Der Mann hatte sein Fahrzeug auf einer Parkfläche in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gerüsts abgestellt und wartete im Fahrzeug auf seinen Sohn, der mit der U-Bahn kam. Die Gerüststangen durchbohrten das Fahrzeug. Der Vater wurde laut Angaben der Feuerwehr leicht verletzt, der Sohn blieb glücklicherweise vollkommen unverletzt. Zudem begrub das Gerüst laut Informationen der Feuerwehr drei Autos unter sich und riss eine Oberleitung der Trambahn ab.
Zudem bereiteten das Unwetter und seine Folgeschäden auch der Deutschen Bahn große Probleme. Am Samstag musste das Unternehmen einige Bahnstrecken in Bayern aufgrund umgestürzter Bäume sperren. Unter anderem betraf dies die Strecke zwischen Regensburg und Nürnberg. Hier mussten Fernverkehrszüge umgeleitet werden. Grund hierfür: ein umgestürzter Baum im Gleis bei Mausheim (Lankreis Regensburg).
Auch auf der Strecke zwischen Marktschorgast (Landkreis Kulmbach) und Münchberg (Landkreis Hof) sorgte ein Baum auf der Strecke für Probleme. Hier musste die Strecke gesperrt und Züge zurückgehalten werden. Verspätungen und Teilausfälle waren die Folge.
Im oberbayerischen Aßling war eine Regiobahn nach einer Oberleitungsstörung auf der Strecke liegen geblieben. Grund war ein umgestürzter Baum, wie eine Sprecherin der Bayerischen Regiobahn am Samstagabend mitteilte. Rund 500 Fahrgäste des Regionalzuges mussten evakuiert werden.
In Windelsbach in Mittelfranken ist ein Transporter mit rund 85 Schweinen von der Straße abgekommen und umgekippt. Schätzungsweise zwei Drittel der Tiere seien dabei gestorben oder mussten von einem Tierarzt eingeschläfert werden, teilte eine Sprecherin der Polizei mit. Der Fahrer blieb unverletzt.
Doch nicht nur das Sturmtief, sondern auch die Niederschläge sorgen örtlich für eine angespannte Lage. Laut einer Mitteilung des Hochwassernachrichtendienstes (HND) vom Samstag betrifft dies vor allem Regionen nördlich der Donau. So sind Teile Ober- und Unterfrankens bereits von Hochwasser betroffen und auch in der Oberpfalz wurde die Meldestufe 3 bereits erreicht.
